THE NOISE ASSOCIATION is calling for a ban on wooden flooring to cut out disputes between neighbours.

Stamp duty threshold will rise to £100,000
THE Chancellor is set to lift the threshold for stamp duty from £60,000 to £100,000 to help first-time buyers who feel they are being priced out of the housing market.
