typical 2500 sq. ft. project will use only
200 PS·4000 forms compared to
300 standard ICF's.

OPTIMUM SIZING
|
| The
24" height provides for eight square feet
of wall area to be installed with each form, making
installation up to 50% faster than with most other
ICF's. The PS·4000 is also available in
12" heights to minimize installation time
and maximize design flexibility. |

| NO COMPRESSION! |
It's
a little discussed fact that virtually all other
flat wall systems actually shrink -- or compress
-- when concrete is placed in the form, affecting
bracing and finishing. An 8 foot wall can experience
up to an inch of compression and this compression
is not uniform along a wall with window or door openings.
The compression above an opening is less than in
the solid wall on each side of the opening. This
results in an uneven "rollercoaster" effect
along the top of the wall, creating difficulties
and additional work for framers and other trades.
The PS-4000 Flat Wall system experiences no compression,
making it easier to brace and finish.

| TONGUE-AND-GROOVE DESIGN |

| THE POLYSTEEL WELDED STEEL TIE |
| Welded in at least 40 locations, this galvanized
steel tie improves the concrete flow and consolidation,
while providing all the strength, durability, fire
resistance, and dimensional stability of steel. |

RECESSED ATTACHMENT STUDS

| Clearly
marked for alignment, the recessed tie and stud
simplify the application of synthetic stuccos and
other bonded finishes. A full 1-1/2" wide,
the attachment stud allows for the easy and secure
attachment of any type of wall finish. |
